The Mercer County Sheriff’s Department recently visited Maranatha Christian Academy to deliver an engaging educational program focused on the dangers and real-world consequences of drug and alcohol use.
A key focus of the presentation was impaired driving, including how it affects not only drivers and passengers, but also families, friends, and the broader community. Deputies emphasized that even a single poor decision can have life-altering consequences, and encouraged students to make safe, responsible choices.
