The Mercer County Sheriff’s Department’s Law Enforcement Division has officially moved into a new facility. As of Monday, September 22, 2025, our team is now operating out of the former Mercer County Professional Building, located at 1439 E. Main Street in Princeton, WV.
This new-to-us facility provides an updated space for our department to better serve the community. The building has a history of housing significant local institutions, having previously been home to BB&T and One Valley Bank.
What You Need to Know
If you need to visit us to pick up or file reports, or to pay fees related to Home Confinement, please come to our new location. For your convenience, the public entrance and a designated parking area are situated near the former bank drive-thru. We look forward to seeing you at our new home!
