Early this morning (May 1st), our midnight shift responded to Cobra Lane in Rock on a report of a person being shot. Upon arrival Lt. Rose, Deputy Presley, and Deputy Lucas located a male who had been shot. Through a lengthy investigation, it was determined that the victim’s wife had shot him during a domestic altercation. The female was arrested by Deputy Lucas and is charged with 1st Degree Attempted Murder, Malicious Wounding, and Domestic Battery.
